II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion: Spresser moved, seconded by McBride, to approve the agenda as presented.
Motion carried 6-0.
III. APPROVAL OF PRNR MINUTES —APRIL 18, 2016
Motion: Jacobson moved, seconded by Spresser, to approve the April 18, 2016 meeting
minutes as presented. Motion carried 6-0.
IV. AQUATIC OPENING CEREMONY
Overview of Accomplishments to Date
Tina Eide, Program Supervisor—Aquatics reviewed the aquatics project construction
timeline and significant milestones. She shared the many uses and special events that
have occurred since the opening of phase I along with many positive comments from
users. Eide also reviewed future plans and the recent use of phase II.

Commission and council members along with city staff waded into the water of the zero
depth pool and gathered for photos.

Guided Tour of the Expansion
Eide and Jay Lotthammer, Parks and Recreation Director led a tour of the aquatics and
fitness area and pointed out the many uses along the way.
