Planning Commission - 09/17/1968 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 17 September 1968
The Planning and Zoning Commission was called to order by Chairman Nesbitt at
7:30 P.M.
PRESENT WERE:
Ralph J. Nesbitt, Chairman Marvin LaGrow
James C. Brown, Clerk Homer Raguet
Warren Shultz Odmor Skjelbostad
Vernon 0. Emerson Quentin K. Wood, Engineer
Henry Hauser Bruce Pladson, Brauer & Associates
Jack Braun, Soil Engineering Services, Inc.
Mr. Braun appeared before the Board to request a Special Use. Permit to build an
industrial office building at the point of New CSAH 18 and old County Road #18
in Eden Prairie. The zoning is S-I on the land. He had full plans for the building
and a Letter of Intent. .
Motion was made by Warren Shultz, seconded by Henry Hauser to recommend to the
Council granting a Special Use Permit to Soil Engineering Services, Inc. as
per their plans and Letter of Intent.
The motion carried.
Eden Prairie Industrial Center.
Mr. Quentin Wood presented a plat of Eden Prairie Industrial Center and advised
that a hearing date would have to be set.
Motion was made by Homer Raguet, seconded by Odmor Skjelbostad to set the
hearing date for 10-1-68 with an alternate of 10-15-68 if unable to get this
published.
The motion carried.
Mr. Warren Shultz abstained from all action on this matter.
Motion was made by Warren Shultz, seconded by Vernon Emerson that the meeting
be adjourned at 9:00 P.M.
