Planning Commission - 08/20/1968 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 20 August, 1968
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Nesbitt at 8:15 p.m.
PRESENT WERE:

1. Willard Anderson
Mr. Anderson appeared to request permission to park a mobile home on his son's
property at 8531 Flying Cloud Drive to be used about four months in the summer.
He had a letter signed by all the neighbors on both sides approving this. They
want to install this in the spring of 1969.
Motion was made by Homer Raguet, seconded by Warren Shultz to recommend to the
Council to grant Mr. W. E. Anderson a permit to put a mobile home on
W. S. Anderson's lot (8531 Flying Cloud Drive) in the spring of 1969.
2. Jim Lindsey
Mr. Lindsey appeared with preliminary sketch plans for development of property,
corner of Mitchell Road and Scenic Heights Road. This was discussed. No action
was taken but Mr. Lindsey will do further study as this plan would set a
pattern for the south area.
• The rest of the evening was devoted to a general discussion on planning with
Don Brauer and Bruce Pladson.
The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m.
