Planning Commission - 07/16/1968 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 16 July 1968
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by Chairman Ralph Nesbitt.
PRESENT WERE:

Mr. Brenny of Premier Realty appeared with a preliminary plat of Crosstown
Industrial Park in RLS #1095, tract "C" for final consideration on this.
Motion was made by Warren Shultz, seconded by Vernon Emerson to set a public
hearing for August 6, 1968 on the preliminary plat of Crosstown Industrial Park
in Registered Land Survey #1095, Tract "C".
He also then asked for a consideration of a grading plan. He stated that no
earth would be removed from the site but they would would be moving and filling
some of the low areas and cutting a road.
Motion was made by Odmor Skjelbostad, seconded by Vernon Emerson to approve the
site alteration plan for Tract "C" RLS #1095 for Crosstown Industrial Park.
The motion carried.
