Planning Commission - 11/07/1966 - Special SPECIAL PLANNING AND ZONING MEETING 7 hlovember, 1966
The meeting was called to order at 12:15 p.m. by Chairman 1-1iller.

Arthur hiller
Dr. John Wright
David Dale
Cecil Cruse
The report was presented by Richard Lren. A letter was -read by David. Dale
to the Village of Eden Prairie from Fachine Products on their recommended
operation.
Motion was made by Cecil Cruse, seconded by Dr. John Wright to recommend to
the Council that the building be approved as originally planned.
By roll call vote; David. Dale voted no, Dr. Wright voted yes, Cecil Cruse
voted yes, Arthur Miller voted yes.
David Dale stated that in voting no, he objected to a variance of the
side walls. He felt that we should hold to the Ordinance.
The motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
