ITEM 12- 1-66 MINUTES Motion was made by David Dale, seconded by Dr. John Wright to approve the minutes of the November 21, 1966 meeting as published. The motion carried. ITEM 7-3-66 MOBILE HOMES A RECOMMENDATION After discussion on the matter, a motion was made by Ralph Nesbitt, seconded by Anthony Hirt to recommend to the Council that an Ordinance be drafted spelling out the conditions permitting Mobile Home Parks. Five ayes, no nayes. The motion carried. ITEM 7-6-66 DISPOSAL ORDINANCE James Hawks submitted a memo indicating a proposed ordinance. Acting Clerk Hirt read four pages of opening explanatory statements. Motion was made by Ralph Nesbitt, seconded by Dr. John Wright to accept the report and proposed ordinance for study and to enter it on the Agenda for dis- cussion for the December meeting. The motion carried. ITEM 12-2-66 PUBLIC HEARING Edward A. Sieber of Diversified Realty representing Richard Holasek appeared and gave background and location on a 1/2 section map of the property requested on which a rezoning had been requested. Mr. Burkart presented a proposed layout for a shopping center on this property. Motion was made by Anthony Hirt, seconded by Ralph Nesbitt to table this until December 20th to enable the Board to study the proposal and receive Mr. Hawks report. The motion carried. Motion was then made by David Dale, seconded by Ralph Nesbitt to have the Clerk notify Minnetonka Village about the proposed change of zoning, with the next Hearing, December 20th. The motion carried. ITEM 12-3-66 JOE RUZIC Mx-.---Zoe-Ruziets- soil-boring----r-eport—t-ha—t, a motion was made by Anthony Hirt, seconded by Albert Picha that Mr. Ruzic's soil boring report be accepted and turned over to Mr. Quentin Wood. Mr. Ruzic is to be put on the December 20th PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION 2 5 December, 1966 meeting. The motion carried. ITEM 12-5-66 MR. RUTTER Mr. Rutter appeared on Red Rock 2nd Addition. Mr. Quentin Wood reported that all drainage details are ironed out. Motion was made by Albert Picha, seconded by Ralph Nesbitt to recommend accep= tance of Red Rock 2nd Addition and instruct the Chairman and Clerk to sign the same. The motion carried. ITEM 12-6-66 REQUEST TO THE BUILDING INSPECTOR U - Motion was made by David Dale, seconded by Ralph Nesbitt to recommend to the Council that the Building Inspector be instructed to submit a report to the Planning Commission as to whether Foto-Mark building conforms to the Special Industrial Ordinance. A motion was made by Albert Picha, seconded • �� by David Dale to recommend to the Council purchase of Emil and Archie Kutcher property as proposed in the letter from the Park Board. �q The motion carried.
