The Eden Prairie Zoning & Planning Commission met on July 6, 1965,
in the Village Hall at 8:00 P. M.

ORDER OF BUSINESS:
MINUTES
Approved the minutes of June 22, 1965, as read.
JOHN THATER
A request was made for variance on a requirement of 500 feet to
residential area for a barn -- see attached Exhibit A.
It was moved by Ralph J. Nesbitt and seconded by David W. Dale
to recommend to the Council the approval variance of the 500 foot
restriction to 265 feet from the Northwest corner stake.
Motion carried.
PLATTING ORDINANCE
It was moved by David W. Dale and seconded by Ralph J. Nesbitt
to recommend approval as amended.
Motion carried.
