The Zoning & Planning Commission met on June 1, 1965 in the
Village Hall at 8 P. M.
Present were:

Dr, John H. Wright
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
MINUTES
Minutes of May 18th read. Correction of David Dale voting "no"
on the Cliff Henry property not noted as a correction.
OSCAR MILLER - BARN PERMIT
Oscar Miller appeared requesting a permit for a barn on 10 acres
of his property off County Road 60 adjacent to Russell Marsh property.
Anthony Hirt moved and Cecil Cruse seconded the recommendation
to grant Mr. Miller the permit.
Motion carried.
MR. HELLE - SPECIAL USE PERMIT
Mr. Helle submitted a request for a Special Use Permit for
mining on his property located off County Road 39 and County Road
18 as shown by survey of Helle's lst Addition marked "Exhibit All
attached. (See Helle File, Exhibit "A" Zoning & Planning Comm., 6-1-65)
It was moved by David Dale and seconded by Cecil Cruse to
recommend approval subject to final publication of new ordinance.
Motion carried.
PROPERTY BEDIEEN HIGHWAYS 5 - 494
Hearing on rezoning balance. of property between Highway 5 and
494 postponed from the meeting dated May 18, 1965 -- Mr. Clabo, Mr.
Outhodt and Mr. McDonald appeared as property owners and all favored
it as is.�presehtly zoned.
It was moved by David Dale and seconded by Cecil Cruse recommend-
ing rezoning to SI.
Motion carried.

ARCHIE CARTER MASON PROPERTY, MR. ASTLEFORD% SPECIAL USE PERMIT MINING
It was moved by Anthony Hirt and seconded by Dr. John Wright recom-
mending approval subject to submission of an approved contour map as
required by Ordinance No. 36 to Mr. Wood.
Yeas: Dr. Wright, Messrs. Hirt, Miller
Nays: Messrs. Dale., Cruse
Motion carried.
Mr. Hawkes requested the minutes to show that an 801 roadway was
discussed across. the Mason property between #169 and County Road 39
and it was to be deeded to the Village when the alignment becomes final.
KRAL - BELLHURST 2ND ADDITION
It was moved by David Dale and seconded by John Wright that pre-
liminary approval be given to the Bellhurst 2nd Addition as presented.
Motion carried.
LAYOUT #88 - T. H. 169 AND COUNTY 18 AND 62
The Minnesota State Highway Department submitted Layout #88 for
approval.
It was moved by Dr. Wright and seconded by Cecil Cruse recommend-
ing approval.
Motion carried.
MEETING OF JUNE 15 TEI POSTPONED
It was moved by David Dale and seconded by Anthony Hirt that the
meeting of June 15th be changed to June 22nd to avoid conflict with the
Council meeting.
It was moved by David Dale and seconded by Anthony Hirt to adjourn
the meeting.
