The Zoning and Planning Commission met in the Eden Prairie Village
Hall at 8 o'clock P. M. on August 3, 1965.
Present were:

ORDER OF BUSINESS:
MINUTES
Approved the minutes of July 20, 1965, as published.
Motion carried.
BURY & CARLSON
Request for mining permit on the South one half (2) of the
Peters' property,in Section 3.
It was moved by David W. Dale and seconded by Cecil C. Cruse
to recommend to the Council that the mining permit be granted for
this area in line with the proposed grading plan.
Motion carried.
MEN. CO TTKE
Request for a building permit on Parcel 8 on the Gebco pro-
perty on Research Road.
Until a feasible plan for controls ng erosion on this lot and
providing acess to Research Road in a manner other than the pro-
posed 10%S grade no action would be taken by the Planning and Zon-
ing Board.
PONDEROSA BUILDERS
Request for re-zoning the Turnball property north of Kings
Forest from M-2 and R A to R-1.
It was moved by Dr. John H. Wright and seconded by Ralph J.
Nesbitt to set the hearing for September 7, 1965. A check for
$85.00 was also received.
