The Eden Prairie Zoning & Planning Commission met in the Village hall
on 8 December, 1965, at 8:00 P, M_
Present were:

ORDER OF BUSINESS:
MINUTES
Approved minutes of 16 November, 1965, as published,
HENNEPIN COUNTY PARK RESERVE
Don Hess, Planning Staff; John Sunday, Park Staff.
Mr. Hess showed plans for Hennepin County Park in Eden Prairie in
the Anderson Iake Area and plan for running NSP Transmission line along
with the park.
Motion made by David W. Dale and seconded by Cecil C. Cruse to ac-
cept the proposal for study and the chairman to appoint a subcommittee
to study the tie in with the balance of Eden Prairie alignment and have
a report ready for the first meeting in January.
Motion carried,
Mr. Miller appointed Ralph Nesbitt and Cecil C. Cruse as the com-
mittee,
WHEA TON-THOMAS
Request for rezoning held without action since May of 1960 on the
property on SE qradiant of 494-169 interchange.
Motion made by David W,. Dale and seconded by Ralph J. Nesbitt to
adopt Resolution No, to set hearing for first Tuesday in January
(January 4, 1966) .
Motion carried.
FINNEMANN DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

PUBLIC HEARINGS
Motion made by David W. Dale and seconded by Ralph J. Nesbitt to
recommend changing Ordinance No. 8 to hold one (1) public hearing in.
stead of two which wqs required and to hold the hearing at the Zoning
Board level.
Motion carried.
CHANGE OF NAME FOR ROAD
Request from residents on Lakeview Road (not official name) to
change to one of four names.
Motion made by David W. Dale and seconded by Cecil C. Cruse to
accept request for study.
Motion carried.
