Request for rezoning set for 2 November, 1965, Papers could not
be completed for publication.
Yotion made by Dr. John FT. ?!right and seconded by Cecil C. Cruse
to set hearing for 16 November, 1965.

Request to build an arena - returned from Council. Five (5) neigh-
bors appeared with objections retarding additional building.
Motion made by David TJ. Dale and seconded by Cecil C, Cruse to
table for further information; also brought out was the fact than an
addition had been built two (2) years ago without a permit,
Motion carried.
DECEMBER YEETPTG
Motion made by David W. Dale and seconded by Dr. John H. 7right to
hold the first meeting in December on 8 December, 1965, due to Village
Elections on December 7, 1965.

Request for variance. Information in complete returned to Building
Inspector for complete information and recommendation.
No action.
TAX L. GOFACKE
Representing Holasek property SE corner ;#494 & 62 Crosstoim. Carried
over from October 5, 1965, meeting.
Motion made by David T°T. Dale and seconded by Dr. John H. Wright to deny
request for hearing. Reason Engineer reported unsuitable for this type of

MARCO JONES HERITAGE PARK II
Mr. Wood in preparing Engineering report to Mr. Jones felt road
names should not change at Round Lake.
Motion made by Dr. John H. Wright and seconded by Cecil C. Cruse
to hold a special joint meeting with the Council, Attorney, and Plan-
ner early in December to go over near requests in zoning required by
1965 state law. Council to set meeting.
