keeping two (2) or three (3) horses. Requesting variance.

to recommend denial of request.

quest to re-zone SE Corner #494 - 62nd Crosstoim from R& to RC.
Motion made by Anthony R. Hirt and seconded by Dr. John H.
Wright to accept for study by Engineer Wood. 4, TIr. Hawkes. request
Minnetonka's interest in area be determined by Engineer Wood.
Information presented to Board so answer can be given November 2,
1965.

Representing Bren Property South of Highway 75, North Shore
of Anderson Lake wants to talk with Board 19 October, 1965.
Motion made by Cecil C. Cruse and seconded by Anthony R. Hirt
to allow Mr. Reilly fifteen (15) minutes to explain - no answer to
be given.
Motion carried.
SCHOOL CHILDREN'S DHELTERS INC.
Represented by Mr. Anthony.
Shelters placed by Mr. Anthony without approval of Council as
requested 27 January, 1965. Shelters carry a 4_'x§' advertising
message on each side on roof. All but one shelter placed on private
property. One in County gravel pit on County Road #1.

Motion made by .Anthony R. Hirt and seconded '.y Dr. John H.
Wright to recommend shelters be considered shelters and not ad-
vertising. A hatter Plan for shelters be filed with Village.
Plan to include an approval designed of a roof and wall type.
Motion carried.
ITITH D. BARTZ
Request for building permit 501 x 1001 addition to his barn
to be used as a riding arena.
Motion made by David W. Dale and seconded by Ralph J. Nes-
bitt to request opinion form attorney on 7-That or what not can be
done under Ordinance #8 area presently zoned RA, located 1 between
ToTrm Line Road and Duck Lake Trail on Duck Lake Road.
Motion carried.
