Motion made by David W. Dale and seconded by Ralph J.
Nesbitt to approve minutes of 17 August, 1965, as published.
Motion carried.
SALLY F. SCHAPER
• Request to �raise dogs (poodle) in a residential area (RA)
where the closest residence is nearer than 500 feet.
It was moved by David W. Dale and seconded by Ralph J.
Nesbitt to accept for study and interpretation of Ordinance.
Note: This site now has a house on it and if the re-
quest is approved would require building on to the house.
The lot does not have access on a public road.
Motion carried.

Request for variance on side lot line for Northwest corn-
er of his home in Eden View I.
Motion made by Ralph J. Nesbitt and seconded by David W.
Dale to recommend approval.

Request for special use permit in S-I District.
Mr. Morehouse and Mr. Taylor represented Mr. E. Sween.
The request was incomplete as the site plan did not show any
measurements. The facing of the building eras not given.
Moved by Ralph J. Nesbitt and seconded by Cecil C. Cruse
to recommend approval of special use permit for the manufact-
uring and office building part only, subject to Ordinance #48
for Stewart In I'ra-Red. The drive-in is to be held back for
study for a future permit. Yea - Miller, Cruse, Nesbitt,
