A meeting of the Zoning & Planning Commission was held on April 21,
1964 at 8 o*clock p. m.
Present were:
A. W. Miller, Chairman James C. Brown, Clerk
Anthony Hirt Albert Picha
Ralph Nesbitt David W. Dale
Dr. John Wright
ORDER OF BUSINESS:
The meeting was called to order by Chairman Miller.
ELAYNE HILLS
Mr. Coulter re presented preliminary plat of Elayne Hills with lots
between Research Road and Starring Lake'Dropped from consideration.
A motion was made by Anthony Hirt and seconded by Ralph Nesbitt to
give tentative approval to plat of Elayne Hills providing they show an
alternate plan for outlots when presented to the Village Council.
Motion carried.
BELLHURST - 2ND ADDITION
Mr. Kral was presented for further discussion on Bellhurst-2nd Addition.
Roads were discussed, Mr. C. Phillips concurred in a road running to his
southeast corner which would some day be extended by the party developing
his area along his south line to Highway 101. Further road study will be
made to link the roads with a possible road south of Eden Prairie 66 to the
site of the new school.
ANTHONY R. HIRT
Mr. Hirt requested approval to connect lot lines on lots 11, 12, 13
Birch Island Acres to conform to Birch Island Road.
A motion was made by David Dale and seconded by Albert Picha to recommend
approval.
Motion carried.
