Planning Commission - 01/07/1964 January 7, 1964 The Zoning & Planning Commission met in room 308 in the Eden Prairie High School.on January 7, 1964 at 8 o'clock p. m. Present were: A. W. Lot 4 lying W of the E 600 feet thereof which lies N of County Road 60 also that part of Gov't. Lot 4 Iying'SEasterly of State Highway #169 allUn Section ll, Twp. 116, .Range 22 from that part of the SE 1/4 of Section 11, Twp. 116, Range 22 lying Southerly of County Road 60 and Northerly of State Highway 5 and U. S. highway #169-212 except therefrom that portion taken for State TrW* Highway #494. Motion carried. DISCUSSIODi General.-discussion was held on parks in the Village including the proposed County Park in the Anderson Lake area, industrial areas in the Village and their accesses.
