Planning Commission - 11/05/1963 November 5, 1963 The Eden Prairie Zoning & Planning Commission met in room 308 in the Eden Prairie High School November 5, 1963 at 8 o*clock p. m. Ptesent were: A. W. Miller, Chairman Henry Schutrop Anthony Hirt Albert Picha F. G. Holasek Dr. John H. Wright Al Bruce Archie Carter, Engineer ORDER OF BUSINESS: The meeting was called to order by Chairman, Miller. The minutes were read by Al Bruce in absence of Clerk, Clark. They were approved as read. KOSTECKA PROPERTY A motion was made and seconded to refer back to Mr. Kostecka the request for an addition to an existing plat and if necessary Attorney, Perbix to make the addition by means of platting procedure. Motion carried. CROSSROADS CENTER, INC. The hearing opened on re-zoning property as published in Hennepin County Review on October 17, 1963, copy attached. This is the area contemplated for purchase by Crossroads, Inc. and Fred Holasekts property across County Road #60. Considerable objection was voiced from the audience on inclusion of the Holasek property in this re-zoning. A motion was made and seconded the hearing-be tabled until next regular meeting. Motion carried. COUNTY ROAD #18 The Bloomington Planning Commission appeared to discuss County Road f18 and #494 area and also complete length of County Road #18 as it forms a common border with Bloomington. A motion was made and seconded that Chairman, Miller appoint one other member to act on a joint fact-finding group as this Commissions representative. Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 10:25 p. m.
