A motion was duly made and seconded that Engineer, Carter assume
the responsibilities of the engineering on the B & R Gravel Pit.

SPRINGER
C)
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Village Council issue
a stop order on Mr. Springer's piling of blank dirt.
Motion carried.
The clerk investigated this matter and found that Mr. Springer was
only digging a waterhole for his horses. He has leveled off all of the
dirt, therefore no stop order is necessary.

RE-ZONING - SEMRAD
Mr. Hirt turned over to the clerk, Mr. Clark, Semrad's check for $85.00
to cover re-zoning expense. It was held up on account of being incorrectly
applied for. Mr. Semrad filled out the proper form and turned same into
Attorney Perbix for advertising.

Council in the Eden Prairie High School, room 308 at 8 o'clock P. M.

COUNTY ENGINEER PEDERSON
Engineer, Pederson presented plans for approval on County Road #62, Cross
Town Road, and after the plans were explained and studied the following Motion
was made:
A motion was duly made by Tony Hirt and seconded by Ralph Nesbitt that the
plans be referred to Engineer, Carter to prepare a resolution in regard to cer-
tain concessions on proposed County Road #62 between County Road #4 and State
Highway #494 which the Zoning & Planning Commission feels necessary for the
S ' benefit of the public. This resolution is to be presented for approval at the
Village Council meeting of September 10, 1963.
Motion carried.
NEW HIGHWAY # 69
i
The State Highway Department presented and explained tentative plans for
the new Highway #169. Several changes were recommended for the benefit of the
Village and the Engineers, Mr. Welch and Mr. Beebe were very cooperative and said
that they would do the very best they could to work out all of the problems and
requests.
