ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION (Regular Meeting)
The following members were present:
Tony Hirt, Acting Chairman
Ralph Nesbitt
Albert Picha
Henry Schutrap
Fred Holasek
Elmer E. Clark, Clerk
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman Mr. Hirt, who
called for the reading of the minutes of the last meeting, which were
read and accepted as read.
Anthony Ove rman appeared being desirious of getting information
in regard to re-boning property in Starring Addition. The clerk was
instructed to mail Mr. Overman a copy of Village Ordinance, at box 709
Excelsior RR #4, Minnesota.
A motion was duly made and seconded that the matter presented by
Mr._Ed Sieber and Mr. Stehr in regard to permission to build a
woodworking sho2 on property located on Shady Oak Road west of Highway
#1 9 and adjoining the Kusisto property be tabled and brought up at the
joint. meeting on Saturday February 9, 1963- Reason for this action
being a proposed new freeway planned through the property.
Motion carried.
A motion was duly made and seconded that the Zoning Board reject
the plan and proposal of Mr. Delaek for a trailer court to be located
at the junction of State Highway #169 and 55-
Motion carried
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
