AND ZONNING COARIISSION.
December 5th-1962
The REGULAR Monthly meeting of the Planning Commission
was held in the American Legion Hall Dec. 5th 1962 at 81oclock
P.M. Present:
A. W. Miller, Chairman
Henry.Schutrgp
F. G. Holasek
Ralph Nesbitt
The minting wd;s called to order by the Chairman Mr. Miller.
The MINUTES of the last meeting were read ai+d approved as
read.
A MOTION was duly made and seconded by Henry Shutru , that
the proposal of Dr. Morien in regard to the location of �ha-*ppratic
College in Eden Prairie on land just East of the Flying Cloud drive
in Theatre be given consideration and a thorough investigation
made of the deal in conjunction,with Mr. Schattuck.
Motion carried
AMOTION was duly made by F. G. Holasek and seconded by
Ralph Nesbitt that the application of Mr. Hektner asking to
have a plot of property on Hgy#169 which is in POC District dhangeto
C 2 District.be referred to Mr. Shattuck for his advice and
recommendation. Motion carried
A MOTION was duly made by Mr. Schutrgp and seconded by
Mr. F. G. Holasek that Mr. J esspers be granted a permit to move
a 12 story building from Edina onto his property on Co Rd#1
and creek Road providing $3000.00 performance bond is furnished.
The building has been inspected by F. G. Holasek, Albert Picha &
Building inspector Emil Trutna and found to be in very good shape.
Motion carried
A MOTION was duly made and seconded that the proposed plat
for a 240 acre Cemetery to be located on the Property of Ronald
Rogers and Joe Shidla farms be tabled for further investigation.
