Above having been published for hearing and hearing being held, motion made by A. Picha, seconded by R. Nesbitt to recommend to Town Board that above petition be accepte by Town Board for their action b;. publication and holding of their hearing. I.Iotion passed. Petition presented by lm. Kopesky to re-zone from RA R: RC to Z 1 , Tract A, B L C as shorn on N G, Sec. 11 Township 116, Range 22. This tract lies behind and beside the Prairie Lotel. Lotion made b y Ralph Nesbitt seconded by F. Holasek to recommend this rezoning to the Town Board. Llotion carried. 11r. Conley requested rezoning on one acre to permit garage operation, it was pointed out it would require rezoning to 0-2. Motion made by Ralph Itiesbitt, seconded by F. Holasek to table request pending possibility of increasing amount of land for rezoning. Lotion carried. Platt presented. by Donald Kral on Bellhurst addition returned for for further study. Plat to be turned over to Lir. Archie Carter for checking. Letter of resignation from Ur. Frank Gage read, same being passed on to the Tom Board for acceptana R, Leeting adjourned 11:00 M-1.
