Regular meeting held at the American Legion Hall
at 8:00 pm.July 3, I962. Meeting was called to order by the
chairman, minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Mr.H.E.Bunde of Kelley Realty, appeared for
property owners E.R. and Elmer J.Tobias requesting rezoning of
fift: acre y from. an R-C district To an M-I district,
7 7���� The request was delayed at this time 1 was
suggested no rezoning would be considered at phasent unless a
considerably larger acreage was involved; especially fronting
Freeways such as #494.
Richard J.Johnson, Hopkins, motion made by
A.R.Hirt, that we waive the usual sidelot requirement to allow
the building of warehouse, to within five feet of the south property
line, and recommend approval for permit to the Town Board;
motion carried.
Earl Hansen requested permit to install house
trailer, for use of home and office, at Pike Inc., on the Alvin
Bren property. Recommendation by Tony Hirt that we neither approve
or disapprove aprlication, but suggest Mr. Hansen appear at the
next meeting of the Town Board and make his request.
John Gullic$son and Robert Roderick proposed
second layout of plat is much better than the first, considerd a
month earlier; objections of County Highway engineer have been
overcome. It is recommended that the developer meet the several
recommendations of the town engineer, after- which the plat be
approved by the Town Board.
There being no further business, meeting was
adjourned by the chairman at IO:66pm.
