JUNE 5th 1962 ZONING BOARD MEETING
The meeting wqs called to order by the Chairman Mr. Art Miller
O'clock P. M. Secretary Gage was absent on account of illness.

Present Art Miller Chairman, Fred Kolaseky Tony Hirty Henry
Schutrop, Ralph Nesbittq Al Picha and Dr. John Wright.
Dr. Linner appeared with a representive of Universal Enter—
prises Inc. 9 and Robert Engstrom of the Real Properties Inc. , in
reference to 21 acres of land belonging to Dr. Linner. It is
intended that this property be developed as a Crypy— Type Burial
property.
A MOTION was made and seconded that the Town Board give con—
siderationto issuing a SPECIAL USE permits subject to development
bond and subject to USE PERMIT specifying adjoining property being
re—zoned to INDUSTRIAL be not restricted in any way or manner from
being developed as INDUSTRIAL. MOTION CARRIED
A MOTION was made by Ralph Nesbitt and seconded by Tony Hirt
that a building permit be granted Allen Garison for a office build—
ing on MCKinley 1st Addition as shown on attached sketch. Building
setback to be changed to 80 ft. and number of offices and building
details be provided with request for permit, Sewerage requirements
to be part of permit.
Motion carried
Copy of a preliminary Plat by Gullickson and Roderick
submitted by Mr. Roderick. It was recommended that this plat in
a half—section be presented to the County for approval or dis—
approval on drive waCy:�vfor lots 19 — 20 — 21 — & 22 entering on
County Road # 4. This approval to be in writing. Necessary bond
and drainage problems to be worked out with Mr. Carter.
A MOTION was duly made by Tony Hirt and seconded by Ralph Nesbitt
that if above conditions are resolved favorably the Zoning Board
will present the plat for consideration by the Town Board.
Motion carried
Mr. La Zerte of the Golden Valley Transfer appeared to
inquire about the possibility of purchasing land and erecting a
home and building to store approx. 10 pcs. of equipment. Land
in question is on Shady Oak Road adjacent to fork of road giong
to Hopkins and Rock Isl.Park. Referred to Harlan Perbix for
Zoning opinion.
Request for re—zoning was presented by Archie Carter
on Appro. 4 additional acres surrounding the Prairie Motel. To
be submitted to Attorney Perbix for publication of hearing.
