REGULAR MEETING OF THE ZONING BOARD & PLANNING
COMMISSION FEB. 6th. 1962 at the American Legion

The meeting was called to order by the Chairman
Mr. A.W. Miller at 8 p.M. Minutes of the last meeting
were read and approved as read.
Mr. Keith James presented a petetion for re—zoning of
Appro. 63 acres from R 1 Residential Agriculture to
M 2 Industrial district. The acreage described as
the Wj of the NE-j of sectionI TY '. 116 R 22 except the
Sly. 469.o5 feet thereof in Hennepin County.
L Petetioner Keith James & Mary James. A Motion was
duly made by Ralph Nesbitt and seconded by F. G. Holasek
that Mr. James be given a hearing on March 6th 1962
and the same to be advertised in the Hennepin County
Review the official Town Paper.
Motion carried
A MOTION WAS duly made and seconded that the proposed plat
Tract B Reg. Land Survey #1001 Sunset Ridge Plat of Olson &
Anderson 25 acres more or less. 23 lots in one trat and
18 lots in another tract be accepted on recoTrmendation
of the Town Engineer.
Motion carried
