Regular meeting called to order by the chairman
at 8:00pm.December 5,I96I, at the American Leigon Hall. Minutes
of the previous meeting were approved as read.
Bruce D.MacQueen appeared before the commission
requesting re-zoning fiaom one pore to one half acre lots on a
tract of approximately 48 acres;designated as tract A and B of
registered land survey `Io6I register of titles, Hennepin County,
Olson and Anderson petitioners; section 5,range 22,TII6. ,
bordering Duck Lake Rd. and County Rd. Motion by A.R.Hirt that we
recommend to the Town Board for a hearing for re-zoning 6ftract
A and B, as per registered survey, seconded by F.G.Holasek,
motion carried.
Mrs.John Raguet presented written request stating
that, they do not want this original commercial area, included in
their request for half acre lots in their several tracts; motion
. by A.R.Hirt, that written request be granted, seconded by F.G.Holasek
unanimously approved.
Motion made by A.R.Hirt, that request from the
Telephone company for re-zoning from R.A. residential agricutural,
to RC, residential- commercial, be included with other requests,
seconded by F.G.Holasek, motion carried.
There being no further business, meeting was adjourned
by the chairman at 1:30pm.
