PLANNING AND ZONING COIBfISSION

Regular meeting called to order by the chairmen
at 8:80 pm.11ovember 7th. ,I96I.American Leigon Hall. Minutes of
the previous meeting were approved as read.
Mr.Clarence Bros of Clarence K.Bros Inc.,contractors
for Transistor Electronics Corporation presented tentative lay-
out of land use of Transistorts acreage on #I8, south of
Research Inc. The commission was favorably impressed by the
proposal submitted. Motion made by F.G.Holasek to the Town Board
that the commission recommends that building permit be granted
when applied for.,seconded by J.F.Gage, and unanimously approved.
After checking plans for the new high school
addition, motion was made by F.G.Holasek; that this commission
approve the set-back of the property line adjacent to the Nelson
property; motion seconded byJ.F.Gage, and Unanimously approved.
There being no further business the meeting was
adjourned by the chairman at 9:30pm.
