The Eden Prairie Zoning Board met at the American
Legion Hall Sep. 5th = 1961 at 8 Otclock P. M.
Present; A. W. Miller Chairmang Ralph, Nesbitt and
F. G. Holasek. The Town Board was also present.
The meeting was call to order by the Chairman Mr.
Miller.
A MOTION was duly made by Mr. Ralph Nesbitt and
seconded by Mr. Holasek that the Zoning Board approve
the application of Mr. H. L. Peterson for a building
permit in Prairie Shores Addition on Lot 1 Block 1.
and recommend that Town Board grant the permit.
Motion carried.
A Motion was duly made by Mr. F. G. Holasek and
seconded by Mr. Ralph Nesbitt that the Plat of Mr.
Alvin Kostecka known as the "Golden Ridge" Plat be
referred to Engineer Carter for checking and approval.
Motion carried.
Mr. Greguson presented a Sketch of his proposed
Nursery on property he has purchased from Wm. Kopesky
on State Hgy #169. This matter was tabled until the
next regular meeting of the Zoning Board and the
Zoning Board and the Building Inspector investigate
the buildings which Mr. Greguson would like to move
from his property in Edina.
There being no further business the meeting
adjourned.
