ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION EDEN PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP

Meeting called to order by the chairman at 8:30 pm.
June 6, I96I.
M�nesota Tree Service, request for rezoning questioned
by Town attorney. Favorable on this request was taken at a special
meeting of zoning commission in May; action recinded June sixth,
in favor of town board meeting June I3th. when clarification will
be made.
H.F.Griffeth property on county road #4, Kurtz Lane,
Birch Island Lake;`motion made and seconded that change in lot sizes
be approved, in as much as the total of the three lots would equal
approx. 3.2 acres; motion carried.
Harold Zells 'reque ,tA rezoning was not acted
upon, because 6C in his petitions g ve the accurate legal description
of his property. A.W.Miller was authorized by the commission to
correct petition before next meeting of the Town Board.
James Pearson of Pearson Brothers contractors
presented a tentative plat covering 15 acres on the west side of
county road #4 and #5; American Lutheran Church, owners wish to
proceed at once, with erection of parsonage and church, No action
was taken because of insufficient information on plat.
