ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION EDEN PRAIRIE TOVINSHIP

Meeting was called to order by the chairman
at 8:30 pm. .May second, I96I.
Norman Undestad, requested re-zoning of
subdivision, described in April fourth meeting; from rssidential
agriculturial, R-A from one acre lots to R-I, reeenditial district
requiring one half acre lots. Move subject to favorable action
acquiring right of way past the Kutcher property, to a 60t road-
way. Request date of hearing by applicant for rezoning; motion made
seconded, and approved.
Raymond Rannow requested approval of a permit
to move in a house trader on his lot while he is building his
home. Issuing a permit to applicant is recommended, according to code
allowing for eenewal time required; motion made, seconded and approved.
Lloyd King requests permit to erect one or
more chicken broiler buildings on his property situated between
the Moreley and Fred Goodrich properties. Approve request be granted.
John A.Miller, attorney, living just south
of Research Inc.,would like-to sell acreage to Transistor Electronics
for construction c,' new building . Motion made ,the chairman meet
with Perbix to draw up papers relative to rezoning this acreage
from R-A district to M--O, limited industrial; motion seconded and
approved.
Francis McKinley, highway -%69, opposite
Alvin Brens stand is hauling black dirt from hie property
without a permit; motion made, seconded and approved, this removal
of black dirt be stopped at once until permit has been applied for
and approval passedcran.
Mr. youghy on north town line road is
again hauling and selling black dirt from his pit, without a
peemit; motion made that Emil Truizna stop this violation at once.
Recommend to town board that action be
taken at once, as nothing has apparantly has been done to stop
horse corral on highway #I.
There being no further business meeting
