Meeting was called to order by the chairman
at 8:30 pm. Tuesday April fourth, I96I. Minutes of the
previous meeting were not available.
Norman Undestadts Nottingham Forest Addition
approved-plats signed by the chairman and acting secretary.
Norman Undestad presented a preliminary plat
covering approximately thirty lots, located in the My of SE.- of
NW.4 of section 5, range 22. between highway #66 and, 4.
No approval was given; refered to town board and engineer.
Tennis Kresse, Bequest to add 20t to present
building resulting in totol square footage to I200 sq.ft.
application for permit approved.
Burton L.Sutton owning a parcel of land slightly
less than one acde requests permit to erect future home on same,
this being a hardship case, motion was made , seconded, and approved
that permit be allowed.
Willard Eggan Construction Co., Rt.I,box 180, Hopkins
requests -permit to erect two signs, I21x 81 . One in block 2,lot I,
the other in lot 14, block I, both in Paradise Valley; recommend
permit be denied; as size of sign violates code.
National Advertising Co. , 65I0 Cambridge, St.Louis,
Park, Mpls. 26. requests erecting billboard in Eden Prairie,
request permit be denied. '
Party unknown in Starring Lake Addition, on #I,
has six or more horses in coxall, in violation of tower. code.
