Zoning board meeting called to order by Chairman Art Miller at 8:30 P.M.
Present Fred Holased, Art Miller & Toney Hirt Minutes of the June 7th,
1960 meeting read and approved.
Mot ion made, seconded and passed to approve one directional sign for
Prairie Motel between Motel and town line, county road 18.
Motion made, seconded and approved recommending approval of a special
use permit for Mr. & Mrs. 17m. Reigert, Jr. on a 1 year re-newable basis for the
operation of a neighborhood grocery at the corner of county road rr 4 and h"66.
Final plat for Edenwood Ridge , developed by Marco Jones, pri3sented.
Temporary turnaround at Augusta lane be provided by means of a 20' easement
on each side. Said easeme nts to shove on deeds. Lots affected are Block 2
' tot 5 and Lot 1 of block 3. Plat approved with above restriction.
Hearing on re-zoning petition of Eden Prairie Realty Co., Leanler and
Herb Mason owners, on SW4 of the SW 4 of section 9, Township 116, Range
22, as follows: East 474 of the west 742 feet of the South 175 feet. XREIFM
Request for zoning to commercial, approved and passed on to the Town Board.
Hearing on petition for rezoning of Tract A and D of regestered land
survey 659 be zoned from RA to R-1. Re-zoning petition denied due to small
size of land involved in legal discription and the apparent error in not
including all of land survey covered by propsed plat.
Spe cial meeting set for Tuesday July 26th, 1960 at 5:06 PIi4 at Town Hall
to consider Town Thoroughfare plan. Ileeting to be limited to this subject only.
