ZONING AND PLANNING COIMISSION EDEN PRAIRIE TOUNSHIP

Meeting was called to order by the chairman
at 8:00 pm. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as read.
A Paul Miers representing North Star 1-Iheelsmans
Association, ( a cart racing pr6f6tition) applied for per-
mission to establish a cart race track, on four to five acres,
next to Hansen's, auto parts and junk yard. The applicant was /re-fei ea
to the Minn. Highway Dept., for their comment.
Emil Kutchers second addition, now zoned
one acne lots, owner wants approximately twelve acres re-
zoned half acre. Was advised he would have to go thru regular
re-zoning channels. Ralph Ne- sbitt moved we advertise for hearing
on rezoning, seconded by Holasek, unaminously approved.
Lund Home Builders should be advised if rezoning of these
twelve acres is approved.
Earl A.Sewall Company. Richard H. Lee
attorney for said company, applied by letter, for-- permission
to operate a batch plant, fbr the purpose of makin b�_ack-
top, for state road projects. Plant would be set up at
I4000, Garnett Road, Commission recommends this request be
considered .at the May I0, meeting of:` the Town Board6
