ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION EDEN PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP

Meeting called to order by the chairman
at 8:I5 pm. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as
read.
Request by National Advertising Sign Co. ,
to use the back side of Bellman Moving and Storage sign,
on the Wm. H. Kopesky property; 3.8 mi.,from Edina junction,
of I90-I00 & 2I2-I69; Penn Oil Co. sign; approved for use
by National Advertising Sign Co.
Approval given Nagale Sign Co. , to paint
Pepsie sign in place of Lbr. Co. sign.
Norman UndestadIs I2 acres, between
• Eden. View 2nd.,addition and EdenView Ist. addition, Kuchers
first addition refered to more study; difficulty on main road.
Messers Nason and Pastor presented changed
plat of Merrybrook addition; approval recommended.
Request by Mrs. Louise D.Schmidt thru her
attorney; to have her farm property changed from industrial
to R-I residential. The Commission would not consider re-
zoning of this faro property; as the requests also states
rezoning from one to one-half acre lots. Suggest letter be
sent to H.Perbix.
There being no further business, meeting
was adjourned by the chairman at IO:OOpm.
