Meeting called to order by the chairman at 8:00 pm.
Minutes of the previous meeting approved as read.
Paradise Valley Addition plat approved, roads to be
constructed to conform to Township spevifications.
A parcel of ground described as; that part of sw4
of thesw4 of Section 9, township, II6, range 22, Hennepin Co. ,
Minn. , described as east 742.0, on the west 742.0t, and on the south
I75.ot; application to change parcel, now zoned resedential,
back to commercial. Oweners are Leonard J.Mason and Hurbert A.Mason.
Eden Prairie Realty Co. Date of application March I8, 1960.
