Meeting called to order by Chairman, Art Miller at 8:00 PJJ.
Minutes read and apprmved.
Plans submitted by Mrs. Alma Peterson to re-build home damaged by fire.
Home will have 700 sq. ft. of floor space. Due to its location and other
factors motion was made and seconded a permit be issued.
Plan submitted by Don. Hagen on proposed Eden View3rd & 4th additions.
Drainage details to be furnished and re-arrangement of Cul-de-sac behind
Lorman Jarett's home.
Tentative approval moved and seconded.
Mr. Pastor submitted a plat on proposed Merrybrook addition. Mr. Vason
is to see what possibilities lot re-location has as to minimize need for
re-zoning from P. 0. C. and to check with I�r. Carter on the revisions.
Moved and seconded and meetin adjourned at 10:40 P. Id.
