rdeeting called to order by chairman Art. Miller at 8:15 P.M.
IJtr. Mason presented request on acceptance of a lot of 19550 sq. ft.
abutting Eden View y`2 presently owned _by Benjamin Thurston.
Matter tabled for checking.
Mr. Mason also submitted 2 new sketches of Eden View # 4 for study by
the board. These are preliminary sketches only, not surveys.
Sketches turned over to Mr. Carter.
Iar. Jones & Mr. Coulter appeared on behalf of D1r. Jones proposed
Edenwood Ridge subdivision. Changes in road lay-out suggested by I:Ir. Carter
appears to meet with general approval. Mr. Coulter & Mr. Carter to work out
details.
ILr. Carters report on above sub-division received to be included in Clerks
rec ords. Subdivision filing fee of �29.00 received from Mr. Jones.
I:Ir. Gullickson submitted his Paradise Valley sub-division plat for further
..� discussion.
Final road grades and culvert size & Locations to be worked out; otherwise
plat appears O.K.
Iglotion made R- seconded that the Town attorney notify B. & R. Rook Company
to cease their operations on Co. Rd. 18 at once. Failure to do so will result
in action against them. Itiotion seconded & earried.
i�ioved & seconded, Mrs. Pierce be given a 90 day permit for trailer on the
Pierce property.
t.,1r. D. Schaitberger appeared relative to road past his property as to what
the records show in regard to road width. It appears the pnblice records do not
show road width and as a result property loans are not obtainable. Mr. Perbix
to check. i�r. Clark says his records show it to be a 33 foot road.
Regular meeting adjourned at 9:45 P.
Meeting re-convened as joint meeting with the Town Board to consider new
platting ordinance. Stork not completed.
