The meeting was called to order by the
chairman, at 8:00 pm. Minutes of the previous meeting were
approved as read.
Development of Sterling Field subdivision,
Mrs. Esther J.Streed owner. This board recommends to the
Town Board that no services be given to this developer until
all requirements by the town have been met. Motion to this
effect made by Nesbitt seconded by Hirt, approved unanimously.
Request for gravel permit by Mildred K.Gover
Rt.I, Osseo,Minn. Motion made by Hirt, that permit be denied
for lack of information, seconded by Nesbitt; motion approved
H.A.Shutrop, ownerr-of gravel pit, corner of
highway #4 and #5 requesting to operate as agravel pit;
the chairman recommends to the chairman of the Town Board, he
instruct owner to comply with the ordnance governing operation
of gravel pits.

developer,submitted,. letter changing the s ze o severa ots
in the First Addition. These chax_ges comply with zoning in this
addition. Highway Department letter to G.W.Dredge re-, County
State Aid High'*gy, #4,plat RedRock Lake First Addition.
On Nov.o,I959;a copy-ft proposed plat was delivered to this
office. lie have examined the plat, and recommend that the
width for County State Aid Highway 4, be changed from
thirty three (33 1) from center line to forty (40 1) from center
line.

Considerable discussion concerning roads in the
first addition, still has not settled future services by the
Town in this First addition. Final approval is therefore de-
layed.

Re-zoning hearing- proposed Bryant Lake Drive,
from P.O.C. district to Residential. Reese, Thompson,& Scroggins.
No conclusion was reached, because of plans and
locations of the "Freewaytl. It was decided this commission
would meet with the Minn. Highway Dept. Engineers, monday
Dec.7, I959, for further information.
There being no further business, the meeting was
adjourned.
