Planning Commission - 11/03/1959 REGULAR MEETING ZONING & PLANNING COMMISSION-EDEN PRAIRIE TOWNSHIP Members present: Nov.3,I959. A.w.Miller chairman F.G.Holasek A.R.Hirt J.F.Gage Meeting called to order by yhe chairman at, 8:00 pm. Minutes of the previous meeting, were moved and seconded, and approved as read. Mrs.Emma Dusheim presented plans showing enlarged first floor area, II f 811X I8►811 in order to comply with ordnance. Motion was made and seconded, that permit be approved. Letter dated October 27, I959, directed to Zoning commission, from William J.Holasek, asks that, a portion of Govt. Lot 5, Sec2, T-II6, R-22, now zoned 11POC11be re-zoned Residdntial,+'R-A. Preliminary drawing indicates 19 lots bordering on Bryant's Lake, and Slots on the west side of proposed Bryant Lake Drive. Reese, Thompson, Scroggins, realators, representative asking for re-zoning; regular procedure, hearing date to be set up and advertised. Messers Dredge and Ru r presented their plat and topographic map; showing first and future additions for approval. Mr.Carter was given copies for final checking. Recommend permit be given Wes-Mor Landscape Nursery to move building from 63rd., and Penn Ave. ,So. to new location on highway 7I69. John W.Anderson,�709 Kurtz Lane, requests permit for building to house hopses, pets, and livestock. Land involved 47 acres; plans and sketches submitted; approve permit be granted. George Boyd proposes to operate a sanitary dump. this commission will fix a date to inspect the property for this specific use, before any further avtion. Owner of basement building, south of junction of +66 and #60 wishes to complete structure; suggest permit be del- ayed until road is definitely located. The zoning commission recommends to the town board that the town district map be brought up Iodate. Atraeing should be made indicating the names of all plated additions, street names, changes in re-zoning; any other changes pertinent to bringing the district map up to date.
