ZONING & PLANNING COMMISSION
TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE
October 6, I959.
Members present;

Meeting called to order by the chairman at
8:00 pm. Minutes of the previous meeting were not read,
as there was not a quorum present at the previous meeting.
Mrs.Emma Dusheim, I68I5 Excelsior Blvd.,
applied for permission to move houseat, 8000 W.78,St.
to an acre west of Dick Connlly, on highway#5. The house
does not meet the requirements for a story and a half
dwelling. The applicant said she would alter the size of the
house to comply. Permit defered.
• Thomas May Construction Co. applying for
approval of permit to alter and enlarge buildings on
the old Mc Coy place for commercial use.Before permit
is given further consideration this commission requests
some sort of plans, giving specific areas and character
of proposed alterations.
Mr. Wm.Dredge presented a plat of his Ded Rock
Lake Addition for comment and further advice be fore
approval.
Harold J.Hecker, Rt.I, Box 304, Hopkins, presented
a plan for an office and warehouse,at junction of highway
#I, and #I69. His business is well drilling.This being
an R—C district, and well drilling establishments are
not included in the listing for light commercial,the
commission moved as follows. Motion was made an9 seconded
that Mr.Hecker be present at the next meeting of the
Town Board; this commission to abide by whatever decision
is made by the board.
There being no further business the meeting
was adjourned.
