Meeting called to order by the chairman
at 8:00 pm. Minutes of the previous meeting were read by
secretary,approved as read.
Elizabeth E.Dahlstrom and Joseph Semrad
owners of lots in N.E.Quarter of the S.W.Quarter, Kings Court
Subdivision; King's Forest Addition, have both agreed to
deed thirty feet each for future road.

requests permit to haul gravel from the Chermak farm on
County Rd. ,# I8. Property involved approx., 660'xI320t .
No permit has been issued, pending further investigation
at the site by Town engineer, for further comment.
Tom Plehal again before the commission
seeking permit to excavate and fill on approx. , ten acres
located on #57, north end of town, bordering Ninnetonka
Township line. Motion made by Hirt to turn request over to Cart
for recommendation as to probability of use put to
property.Motion seconded and approved.
There being no further business
meeting was adjourned.
