Meeting was called to orderby the chairman
at 8;00 pm. Minutes of the previotis meeting were read by
the secretary, moved and seconded ,approved as read.
John Bloomberg presented plans for a motel
r and related establishments to be erected on present �IC9
near highway #I8.Plans were approved for issue of permit
to build.
Virgil Dahlstrom presented a layout of
his lot within the seven to ten acres owned by his mother.
His request was to have said lot verified for future use.
Mr. Wheaton of Nheaton & Thomas Inv. Co.
was not given approval to erect homes in the P.O.C.dist.
located on the west shore of Starring Lake. Specifically
on lots owned by them , east of the existing road bordering
on the lake. It was also gravely questioned if houses
could be built on their west lots, because of the extreme
hillside and sand. The members all thot P.O.C. zoned
land bordering on Starring lake should be left exclusivly
for future recreational purposes.
Sylvester Jacques I880I Townline Road,
Hopkins, applied for permission to erect a vegetable
stand; approximately IOfxI4'1 on the N.W.corner of his
property. Permission approved.
There being no further business,motion
for adjournment was made, seconded, and approved.
