The Eden Prairie Zoning Board meeting called to order by Chairman
A. W. !miller. Present: Miller, Holasek, Hirt & Nesbitt.
Plat presented by Mr. Bertel Johnson for final approval, based on
agreement with the Town Board by letter from Lx. Johnson to the Town
Clerk, I+"r. Elmer E. Clark, dated Feb. 16th, 1959. Changes Approved.
Mr. Wm. Jarrett presented request on converting old grocery store
into multiple duelling. A. '&I. 1"Iller to take up undersized floor area
with the building inspector. No further action taken.
Prelim plat submitted by Mr. L:1arco Jones & I:ir. Coulter on land purchased
from Ilr. Ackerman adjacent to Esther Hill Addition. Preliminary plans
approved.
A recommendation is hereby made the the Town. Board that it become
the policy in all cases of buildings to be remodeled or moved into or
in the town that the building inspector's report be made in uniting
and the conditions g for conformity in such report becomes the
conditions and terms on which the necessai-j permit may be issued.
