ZONING AND PLANNING COMMISSION
TOVN OF EDEN PRAIRIE
A regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission
was held Tuesday, October 7,I958, at 8:00 PM. at the Legion Hall.
Present at the meeting were;
A.W.Miller, Chairman.
F.G.Holasek
A.J.Hirt
J:F.Gage Sec.
Meeting called to order by chairman Miller. Minutes
of the previous meeting w6re--.read by the secretary and stood
approved as read.
Main purpose of the meeting was the hearing of such
persons desirous of being heard with referance to the roposed
amendment which would change a parcel of land from (RA5._district
to (M2) district, as described in the Hennepin County R4view
September 18, 1958. No objections were voiced at the amendment.
Requests for signs;
Auto See Sign Co. request replacement sign, Green Gables
Motels--replacement approved.
Highway Display Inc.- request sign directing traffic
to Justus Lbr. Co. Permit denied.
Mr. and Yirs.Howard Ka.erwer displayed a map of Hennepin
County containing which proposed a system of parks for the County
prepared by and for the Hennepin Park Reserve District.
