REGULAR MEETING OF ZONING AND
PIJMING COMISSION
TOWN OF EDEN PRAIRIE.
A regular meeting of the Zoning and Planning Commission
was held at the Legion Hall Tuesday, July Ist. , at 8:00 PM.
Present at the meeting were;
A:W:Miller. Chairman.
F.G.Holasek
A.R.Hirt
R.J.Nesbitt
J.F.Gage, Sec.
Meeting called to order by Commission Chairman,tb consider
regular course of business.
z Motion was made by Mr.Hirt that; the Zoning and Planning
Commission wishes to recommend to the Town Board that-'-it is satisfied
Air Research,Ine., is trying their best to create, as little noise
as possible, during their operations at Flying Cloud field.
Motion seconded and approved.
Don Aune 's, application to Town Board for hous trailer permt
on the Frank Garrison property, highway #18 was discu d; motion made
by Mr.Nesbitt that this Commission recommends to the q� Board
permit be denied the applicant; seconded and approved.
Virgil N.Dahlstrom; After discussion of this applicants
property, this Commission recommends to the Town Board, the
applicant meet the present zoning requirements.
W.J.Sime; request duly considered; motion made by Mr.Hi-kt
that W.J.Sime request contained in letter to Town Board dated
June II, I958, requests Town Board consider applicants request
regarding rezoning, seconded and approved.
Alexander Construction Co: After reviewing this request
this Commission suggests to the Town Board that, a letter be
sent to the applicant stating the property involved is zoned
R,�.A, a request would therefor would have to come from the
applicant for re-zoningof the Sam Glenn property.
