Hauser, LaGraw, Shultz, and Mrs. Norma Schee. Mr. George C. Hite,
Village Manager.
I. MDKTIIES OF JANUARY 30, 196$-
No minutes for meeting of January 30, 1969.
II. PUBLIC HEARINGS
A. Eden Heights. Division of Lot 5, Block 2, G.W. Dredge.
16451 Hilltop Read. Property Division.
Property division into three lots, each 100 x 450 feet. There were
no objections from adjoining property owners. Moved by Warren
Shultz, second by Mr. Emerson that the Commission recoau end to
the Council the approval of the division. Motion carried.
III. PETITIONS, REQUESTS AMID COnMUCATIONS
A. Metropolitan Council. Notice of Review. Chanhassen Carmanity
Growth Plan.
idoti�o Review of Chanhassen sty Growth Plan. This was
received by Mr. Hite. Motion by Warren Shultz, second by Marvin
LaGrow that the Commission recommend to the Council that the
Village pursue the public hearing with the Metro Council as
• requested in Mr. Hite's letter. Motion carried.
IV. RECM EMATIONS AND REPORTS
_ A. Village —School District Joint Planning Progress.
Mr. Hite outlined the developments and progress on the joint
planning of park land between the Village and the School District.
The entire area of combined school and village park system has
been explored and the answers from. the School Board should be
available in a short time.
B. Procedure for Zoning Ordinance Implementation.
The Commission will recommend to the Council that the hearings on
changing present zonings which conflict with the Comprehensive
Guide Plan should be held as soon as possible and propose th at
four hearings be held in March, two on regular meeting nights and
two on the intervening Thursday nights - March 4, 13, 18 and 27.
C. 494-169 Distributor Route Planning.
Mr. Hite reported on the progress with the Highway Department and
the owners.
D. Franlo Road Area Development.
Mr. Hite outlined e development which is taking place in the area
of Franlo Road.
