EDEN PRAIRIE PLANNING COMMISSION
Tuesday, January 21, 1969 7:30 P.M. Village Hall
Members present were: Chairman Odmor Skjelbostad, Vernon Emerson,
Henry Hauser, Marvin LaGrow, Homer Raguet, Norma Schee, and Warren
Shultz. Goerge Hite, Village Manager was also present.
1. ELECTION OF SECRETARY
Warren Shultz was appointed secretary.
II. RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORTS
A. Replat of Tract K, R.L.S. No. 1054 - Northern Contracting.
There was no action taken because the final plat was not presented.
B. M 6 K Addition - George Mauer, South side of County Road I just east
of T. H. 169. Continuation of public hearing from last meeting.
Moved by Henry Huaser, second by Marvin LaGrow that the Commission
recommend to the Council that the plat be approved as presented unless
research of the prior minutes disclose that the special use permit was
based on greater than 100 feet width.
C. Hennepin County Highway System Status Report.
• Mr. Hite presented planning of the County Highway Department for roads
within the Village for the immediate future and for future periods.
There will be a written report for each member of the Commission. Looks
like the present construction will all fall within the guidelines of the
Comprehensive Plan.
The meeting adjourned at 8:05 P.M.
