MINUTES OF MAY 1 , 1973 , MEETING Page 3, Paragraph 3, Item c : "proposed village arterial " should be substituted for the word "freeway" . Mrs, Meyers moved that the minutes should be approved with correction; Mrs Schee seconded . Motion carried . II , REPORTS & RECOMMENDATIONS : A. Condor Corporation , I'-2 zoning for building located on Washington Avenue. Planning report on recent develop- ments . Mr. Putnam reviewed the project for the Commission and indicated that the three property owners--Condor , Helle ,, and Pearson--were to meet and resolve site plan diffi - culties--loading areas with sufficient screening and road easement for a possible street. Mr. Jim Cwayna , an attorney representing Mrs . Carmen Samways said that Mrs . Samways had not received notice of Mr. Halley ' s platting with road easement. Her property development, on the other hand , is being delayed because of Mr. Helle, ' s objection to her platting . Condor ' s 642 foot frontage would be substantially reduced if the 26 foot road easement were taken . It was Mr . Cwayna ' s opinion that Washington Avenue ' s industrial development should not be determined on the one present building--Mr . Hel l e - ' s . Mr. Brown requested that -Mr . Putnam investigate whether or not Mrs . Samways had been notified of Mr . Helle ' s platting . The commissionfelt that until more information was presented no action could be taken .
