EDEN PRAIRIE PLANNING COMMISSION
Tuesday, August 4, 1970 7:30 P.M., Village Hall
Members in attendence Chairman Skjelbostad, Raguet, Emerson, LaGrow and
Administrative Intern, Bill Buckingham.

The r1inuts of July 21 , were approved as written. rlotiori was made, by Mr.
LaGrow and seconded by Mr. Emerson. All voted aye. rlotion carried.
II. RECOMMENDATIONS AND REPORTS

Revision expected y Eden a as per last meeting and changes presented y
Mr. Bonner. Motion was made to advise Council to except concept plan as
recommended by Brauer and Associates (See attached Sheet from Report) by
Mr. LaGrow. Seconded by Mr. Emerson. All voted aye. [lotion carried.
B. Homeward Hills Addition. Homeward Hills Road. Preliminary Plat.
Motion was ma e y �lr. Emerson for a continuation of Homweard Hills pre-
sentation to the next meeting of the Planning Commission on August 18.
Seconded by r"r. LaGrow. All voted aye. Motion carried.
C. Hillcrest Court Third Addition. Co. Road 4, and North Hillcrest Court.
The presentation was made by Mr. Bonner of Brauer and Associates. Questions
at random from attendance were answered by Mr. Bonner and Mr. Brauer. Mr.
Swedlund answered questions from Mr. Bonner and attendance and made a short
presentation of their plan. Mr. LaGrow moved that the Commission accept the
staff recommendation. Seconded.by Mr. Emerson. All voted aye. Motion
carried.

Since Edenvale has complied with the suggested revisions
made in the staff report of July 9 , 1970 , and presented
at the 'J'uly 21st Planning and Zoning Commission meeting,
we recommend that the Planning and Zoning Commission
