SUBJECT: November 27, 1995 Planning Commission Meeting
Due to the fact there are no projects ready for review by the Planning
Commission, the November 27, 1995 meeting will be cancelled. The next
meeting will be held on December 11, 1995. Three projects are currently
scheduled for review:
COLUMBINE TOWNHOMES by Cornerstone/Equities LLC. Request for
Comprehensive Guide Plan Change from Office to Medium Density Residential
on 3.3 acres, PUD Concept Amendment on 15.3 acres, PUD District Review on
3.3 acres, Zoning District Change from Rural to RM-6.5 on 3.3 acres, Site Plan
Review on 3.3 acres, Preliminary Plat of 3.3 acres into one lot. Location:
Columbine Road, North or the Post Office. Dean Olson - 370-0700
SUNNYBROOK WOODS by Stephen J. Kroiss. Request for Zoning District
Change from Rural to R1-13.5 on 4.0 acres and Preliminary Plat of 4.0 acres into
7 lots and one outlot. Location: North side of Sunnybrook Road. Beth Andrews

EDEN PRAIRIE HIGH SCHOOL ADDITION '96 by Independent School
District #272. Request for Site Plan Review and Zoning District Amendment in
the Public Zoning District on 47 acres. Location: North of Valley View Road
