I. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE—ROLL CALL
Chair Foote called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Commissioners Lewis, Clinton and
Sandstad were absent.
Chair Foote announced to the Commissioners a quorum was not present at the meeting.
Due to the lack of a quorum, Staff recommended the public hearing with respect to the
Cam Addition by Carlston Inc. (a request for Planned Unit Development Concept Review
on 10 acres, Planned Unit Development District Review with waivers on 10 acres, Zoning
District Change from Rural to R1-13.5 on 10 acres, and Preliminary Plat of 10 acres into 17
lots, located at 18230 and 18120 West 82nd Street),be continued until the October 25, 1999
Planning Commission Meeting.
MOTION: Alexander moved, seconded by Habicht, to continue the public hearing until
the October 25, 1999 Planning Commission Meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
Chair Foote advised the audience this served as notice the public hearing for this item was
continued until the October 25, 1999 Planning Commission Meeting and new public
hearing notices would not be mailed.

Station—Phase H (Parking Deck) by SW Metro (a request for Planned Unit Development
Concept Amendment on 22 acres of the Southwest Metro PUD, Planned Unit Development
District Review with waivers on 10 acres, Zoning District Amendment within the C-Reg-
Ser Zoning District on 8.5 acres, Zoning District Change from Rural to C-Reg-Ser on 1.5
acres, and Site Plan Review on 10 acres, located at Technology Drive and Prairie Center
Drive),be continued until the October 25, 1999 Planning Commission Meeting.
MOTION: Habicht moved, seconded by Alexander, to continue the public hearing until
the October 25, 1999 Planning Commission Meeting. Motion carried 3-0.
Chair Foote advised the audience this served as notice the public hearing for this item was
continued until the October 25, 1999 Planning Commission Meeting and new public
hearing notices would not be mailed.
