ROLL CALL: Osterholt, Bye, Meyers , Pauly &.Penzel present. ,
The meeting was called to order at •4:00 PM by Mayor Osterholt. s;
MOTION: Bye moved, seconded by Pauly, :that the City Council approve the,
draft resolution of the personnel policy, employee classificatloii;:.rate range,and
proposed salary adjustment for'-1976 as proposed by the. City-,?-A6hager 4n memo` .
dated December 19 , 1975.
Discussion centered around questions and explanptions of draft.personnel
resolution .
MOTION: Meyers moved, seconded.by Penzel, to table the prFivious motion
Roll Call Vote: Bye , Pauly and'Osterholt vote3 "nay .Meyers and Penzel-
voted "aye" . Motion failed.
Bye withdrew his motion, Pauly 'withdrew her second.' '
MOTION: Bye moved , seconded by Pauly, to• rgceive the•draft- of the :personnel: _
resolution and approve the C1ty'Manager1s•De'bember 19th'proposed employee''
classification, rate range and salary adjustment for 1976. • Salary adjustments
of the City Managdr to be decided at a later date. Motion carried unanimously.
MOTION: Penzel moved , seconded by Myers, that the draft perspnriel r4solutiori be
presented to the Council for consideration at the January 1.3th Council meeting. Motion`
carried unanimously.
MOTION: Meyers moved, seconded by Penzel';, to adjourn the meeting at 6:00•.-PM .
Motion carried unanimously.
